Ingredients:

1. Frozen Mangos
2. Frozen Bananas
3. Dates
4. Plant milk of choice or clean water.

Directions:

1. Take the frozen mangos and bananas and throw into the vitamix. More mango to banana ratio ia preferred.
2. Take some Dates, or date syrup and add to the mix.
3. Pour your plant milk of choice into the mix, or use water.
4. Blend, and enjoy!
