Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- Organic Pumpkin Puree
- Dates
- Frozen Bananas
- Vanilla
- Ceylon Cinammon
- Nutmeg
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Vegan Cool Whip
- Chopped Walnuts
Directions
- Take ingredients in no particular order, including a couple of dollips of the vegan cool-whip, and throw it in the Vitamix Blender.
- Go light on the nutmeg and vanilla.
- Blend, Pour up and enjoy!
