Ingredients

• Organic Pumpkin Puree
• Dates
• Frozen Bananas
• Vanilla
• Ceylon Cinammon
• Nutmeg
• Pumpkin Pie Spice
• Vegan Cool Whip
• Chopped Walnuts

Directions

1. Take ingredients in no particular order, including a couple of dollips of the vegan cool-whip, and throw it in the Vitamix Blender.
2. Go light on the nutmeg and vanilla.
3. Blend, Pour up and enjoy!
